The sun has returned to Longyearbyen! The dark winter days are in the past and for the first time the sun is high enough to shine over the Longyear Glacier and brighten the town. The town will celebrate this with a week long festival called the Solfestuka. Hopefully this week will give me lot of chances to take pictures of this event.
